Accommodation and registration online

The Convention Centre's accommodation and registration department can handle the accommodation and registration management aspects of your event :

Accommodation services :

  • Making provisional bookings with hotels,
  • Handling bedroom allocation based on participants' preferences,
  • Sending out individual confirmations by post,
  • The presence of an accommodation manager throughout the conference (for assistance or last-minute reservations, etc).


Registration services :

  • Preparation of the registration form,
  • Processing of registration forms and financial management aspects,
  • Conference reception services,
  • Financial overview.

Whether by bank transfer, cheque or bank card, payments are totally secure! A number of different payment methods are available to you on our website:

Event engineering

An "all-in" event package!

Event engineering includes all of the staff and skills needed to guarantee the technical aspects of your events including : designers, assembly staff, joiners, electricians, sound engineers, and video control room personnel, etc.

A team of 57 people is on hand to advise you throughout your event, and is supported by state-of-the-art equipment backed up by regular new investments and frequent upgrades :

  • Video projection equipment and motorised screens in all rooms,
  • Broadband it network,
  • Digital quality simultaneous interpreting,
  • State-of-the-art sound technology,
  • Designer conference furniture.



Our team will also assist you with the organisation of major exhibitions, offering a choice of more than 40 000 m² of different structures, panels, stands, lighting equipment and electrical units.

Restaurant facilities

An "all-in" service

Regardless of the size of your event, the restaurant services department will organise coffee breaks, lunches, working lunches, dinners, gala dinners, receptions, aperitifs or cocktail events in facilities carefully tailored to suit your needs.
The restaurant services department will help guide you in the process of selecting a caterer (we deal with the region's finest caterers) and subcontractors for the various entertainment features and décor. They will also assist you with the choice of menus and specialised layout features.

Les Contades, a large, fully modular gala reception room, offering up to 1 100 place settings.
The Espace Arp and the Galerie de Marbre (750 place settings) are also ideal for lunches or dinners.
